Americans Speak About HIV/AIDS was created to encourage organizations, schools, businesses, research institutions and other groups to hold discussions about the strategic steps we need to take as a nation to respond to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

HIV/AIDS does not discriminate. With an estimated 1,039,000 to 1,185,000 HIV- positive individuals living in the United States, with approximately 40,000 new infections occurring every year.
