  1. Participants will understand the various applications of the mezzo level of the ecological framework in practice with people from Afghanistan. 
  2. Participants will be able to apply unique concepts of community connection when serving people from Afghanistan. 
  3. Participants will be able to access the toolkit as they continue to support people from Afghanistan.

This workshop will introduce the "Team as Secure Base Model" and provide opportunities for participants to reflect on how they can behave in a way to promote a secure base for their team across five different domains: availability, sensitivity, acceptance, cooperation, and team belonging.
