The 2025 NASW-AL Annual Conference will present two days of Alabama's largest gathering of social workers in the state. The theme for 2025 is Compassion + Action.

In this experiential workshop, we will spend the day tending to our own health and well-being WHILE earning ethics credits! We will practice turning attention inward by learning ways to slow down, pause, rest, and check in with oneself, to notice what is needed, and then care for oneself.
