This three-hour live webinar introduces participants to Adlerian concepts of inferiority and belonging as applied to bullying and other types of peer-on-peer conflicts. You will apply concepts of thwarted belonging, perceived burdensomeness, social determinants of health, and racial-cultural identity development to case examples. You also will use formal and informal assessments to develop programs and policies for micro and mezzo social work practice in schools, clinics, and virtual spaces.
