The theme for 2014 Social Work Month is "All People Matter."

The social work profession is committed to improving social conditions and quality of life opportunities for all people. Social workers across the globe believe that all people have dignity and deserve respect. NASW wants the public to know how these values strengthen relationships within families, make social support systems more effective, and build stronger communities.
