When do I receive my updated member ID card the upcoming year?

You will receive your member ID card for the upcoming year's membership with your FIRST renewal notice.  This first renewal notice is sent to you three months prior to your membership expiration date.

How can I access the "Members Only" section of NASW's Web Site?

To access the "Members Only" Section, you'll need to be an active member of NASW and have your username and password available.  If you don't have this information, you can obtain it two ways:  1) if you have your Member ID (which is the same as your username), and you've forgotten your password, request it on www.socialworkers.org provided we have your most current EMAIL address in our records.  If you do not have this information call Member Services at 1-800-742-4089.

What is a Username and Password, and how do I get one?

To get a Username and Password, you must be an active member of NASW.   It gives you access to NASW's "Members Only" section of our Web Site.   If you do not currently have your username and password, call Member Services Department at 1-800-742-4089.

Have you received my change of address information that I mailed in to you?  I'm not receiving any mailings from NASW.

You can check to see if your address information is current in the "Members Only" section of our Web Site, using your username and password.  If you do not have this information, please call us at 1-800-742-4089.

If the information we have is current, you might want to check with your local Post Office to see if they are correctly delivering your mail.
